SRL-Z series mixer is applicable for mixing,coloring and drying of various resin such as PE PP PVC etc and in the craft of engineering plastics such as ABS, PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin. 

The unit combines heat mixing and cooling mixing craft together. the material after heat mixing can be get into cooling mixer automatically,exhausts remaining gas and prevent agglomeration.


Functions and construction:
1.used for the processes of mixing, drying and drying in the industries of plastic, rubber, chemical and the place of lab as well.
2.The mixer lid is double sealed.
3.With the heating ways of self-friction and electric, etc.
4.With discharging ways of temperature automatic control and manual control.
5.Paddles are entirely made of stainless steel and through dynamic and static balance test.
6.The electric control system adopts the components of famous brand.
