SRL-Z200/500 SERIES HOT/COOLING COMBINATION MIXER

Purpose and structural characteristics:
1. Horizontal Mixing Unit is used in the process of batching, mixing, drying and cooling of various plastics. Horizontal Mixing Unit is an ideal equipment for manufacturers of profiles and pipes.
2. The main shaft seal adopts PTFE sealing sleeve, skeleton type oil seal, and air pressure three-way seal to ensure no leakage.
3. The design of the structure of the discharge part is designed according to the characteristics of the solid material, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional liquid-based design and avoids easy Leakage defects.
4. The bearing is installed with special tools to ensure that the inner and outer rings of the bearing move simultaneously. Horizontal Mixing Unit avoids the traditional installation method, that is, only hammering the outer ring or the inner ring of the bearing, so that the ball is stressed during the assembly process and the life of the bearing is seriously shortened.
5. A plane bearing specially used to bear axial force is added to the rotating structure of the main shaft, thereby avoiding the bearing of the uppermost end bearing at the same time. Premature damage due to directional and axial forces greatly extends the life of the machine.
6. Both the blade and the pulley have passed the balance test to make the machine run without vibration.
7. Horizontal Mixing Unit has the functions of self-friction, electric heating or steam heating.

8. The pot lid adopts double-channel concave-convex seal, no leakage.
