SRL-Z series Horizontal Mixing Unit

Horizontal Mixing Unit is used in mixing, stiming, drying, coloring, and other technique of plastics, rubber, chemicals for daily use. Horizontal Mixing Unit is an ideal advanced equipment of producing plastics plate, pipe, special-shaped material and degradation plastics. Horizontal Mixing Unit is developed through introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The minor vacuum mixing principle is adopted in mixing materials. The electric elements all adopt imported famous ones and adopt PLC control. It has many advantages, such as high auto level, fast mixing. Its blades are precisely cast with stainless steel and passed the dynamic and static balancing test. Especially, the blades of its cooling machine adopt the most advanced screw stirring structure in the world. There is no deal angle in the whole vessel. Horizontal Mixing Unit has advantages, such as fast cooling, discharging thoroughly, its mixing efficiency has reached foreign advanced level.

SRL-W series horizontal mixing unit is composed of U-shaped container, spiral belt mixing blade and transmission parts; the long U-shaped cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed materials (powder and semi fluid) in the cylinder. The spiral blade is usually made of double or three layers. The outer spiral gathers the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the material from the center to the two sides, which can form more vortices in the flow, accelerate the mixing speed and improve the mixing uniformity; Compared with the large torque of gear reducer, the elastic connection of belt drive has the advantage of protecting transmission parts when overload.
